From downtown Concord, head south on Main St toward Pleasant St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Pleasant St. Turn left onto Pleasant St and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will arrive at the Concord Bus Station on your right. From there, take the bus line to Concord's transportation hub and catch a bus to Sonoma.
