    From Cyangugu, head north on Road RN5 towards the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo. Continue for about 45 kilometers (approximately 1 hour). You will reach the town of Bukavu. Upon entering Bukavu, follow signs that direct you to Tshivanga, which is the main entrance to Kahuzi-Biega National Park. The park entrance is approximately 25 kilometers from Bukavu, which will take around 30 minutes by car.
