From there, take the train to London Paddington. Once at Paddington, take the Bakerloo line to Baker Street, then transfer to the Jubilee line towards Stratford. Alight at Limehouse station. From Limehouse station, exit and turn left onto Commercial Road. Follow this road until you reach Three Colt Street, where you will find St Anne's Church.
