The ferry operates regularly, so check the schedule for departures. Once you arrive at the Obertraun ferry terminal, disembark and follow the signs towards the World Heritage Spiral (Welterbespirale). It's about a 20-minute walk from the ferry terminal. You'll need to head north along the main road (B166) and then turn left onto the path that leads to the observation deck. Look for the signs indicating the direction to the Welterbespirale.

To reach the World Heritage Spiral, take the ferry from Hallstatt to Obertraun. Purchase your ticket at the Hallstatt ferry terminal. The ferry ride takes about 10 minutes.
