From the Bad Aussee train station, walk towards the town center. Head north-west on Bahnhofstraße, then turn left onto Postgasse. Continue onto Pratergasse. Tourism Ausseerland-Salzkammergut will be on your right at Pratergasse 388. The walk is approximately 20 minutes.

From Bad Aussee train station, take Bus 522 towards Grundlsee and get off at the 'Bad Aussee Zentrum' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Pratergasse, where you will find Tourism Ausseerland - Salzkammergut at Pratergasse 388. Bus tickets cost approximately €2-3.

From the center of Salzkammergut, take the B145 road towards Bad Aussee. Once you arrive in Bad Aussee, look for Pratergasse, which is a small street off the main road. Follow Pratergasse 388, and you will reach Tourism Ausseerland - Salzkammergut, located on the right side. Parking is available nearby, but check for applicable fees. Parking at Parkplatz Pratergasse is available.
