If you are driving, head southeast on Route 1 from the center of Kawachi. Follow the signs for Taito City and Ueno. Once you reach Ueno, look for Uenokoen. The university is located at 12-8 Uenokoen, which is easily spotted as you approach the park area. There is parking available nearby, but be aware of local parking regulations.

To reach the Ueno campus of Tokyo University of the Arts via public transportation, start by taking the train from Kawachi Station. Board the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, exit the station and follow the signs for Uenokoen. The campus is a short 10-minute walk from the station. Head east towards Uenokoen Park, and you will find the university located on the northern side of the park at 12-8 Uenokoen.
