If you're driving, start from the center of Nantan. Head south on Route 162 (Kyoto Prefectural Route 20) for about 5 km. Look for signs towards Misonomachi and turn onto Sonobecho. Continue straight until you reach 1 Go-67 Sonobecho Misonomachi, where Ikimi Tenmangu Shrine is located. There is parking available near the shrine.

Public Transportation
Take the JR train from Kyoto Station to Kizugawa Station. From there, transfer to the Kyoto Bus (Bus No. 23) heading towards Misonomachi. Get off at the Misonomachi stop. From the bus stop, it's a short 10-minute walk: head east on Misonomachi street, then take a left onto Sonobecho. Continue straight until you reach the Ikimi Tenmangu Shrine at 1 Go-67 Sonobecho.
