    If you are driving, start by heading east on Route 1 from central Kyoto. Continue on Route 1 for about 5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 367. Turn left onto Route 367 and follow the signs towards Awadaguchi. After approximately 3 kilometers, turn right onto Awadaguchi Sanjobocho. The temple will be on your left at 69-1 Awadaguchi Sanjobocho, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto. Note that parking may be limited, so arrive early or consider street parking nearby.
