If you are using public transportation, take the train from Settsu to Kyoto Station. From Settsu, board the JR Takarazuka Line to Osaka Station, then transfer to the JR Kyoto Line towards Kyoto Station. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, exit the station and take the subway. Board the Karasuma Line at Kyoto Station and travel to Shijo Station. From Shijo Station, transfer to the Hankyu Kyoto Line and travel to Kawaramachi Station. From Kawaramachi Station, it's a 15-minute walk to Furukawacho Shopping Street. Follow the signs towards the Higashiyama area.
