Public Transport
From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line subway (green line) towards Kokusaikaikan Station. Get off at Karasuma Oike Station (approximately 5 stops). At Karasuma Oike Station, transfer to the Tozai Line (light blue line) and head towards Uzumasa Tenjingawa Station. Get off at the next stop, which is Nijo Station (approximately 2 stops). Exit the station and head north towards Nijo Castle. From Nijo Castle, walk west along the main road until you reach Hoteiyacho Street. Daifuku-ji Temple is located at 498 Hoteiyacho, Nakagyo Ward, just a short walk from the castle.

If you are near Nijo Station, simply exit the station and head north. Walk along the main road (Nijo Dori) until you reach Hoteiyacho Street. Turn right onto Hoteiyacho Street, and Daifuku-ji Temple will be on your left at number 498. The temple is only about a 10-minute walk from the station.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near Kyoto Station. Head north towards Nijo Castle. After exploring the castle grounds, continue west along Nijo Dori until you reach Hoteiyacho Street. Turn right, and you'll find Daifuku-ji Temple at 498 Hoteiyacho. The total distance is approximately 2.5 km and should take around 15-20 minutes by bike.
