Look for parking near the park entrance; parking fees typically range from 300 to 600 yen per hour.

To reach Chomyoji using public transportation, first take the Kyoto City Subway to Marutamachi Station on the Karasuma Line. From Marutamachi Station, exit the station and walk north towards the Kyoto Imperial Palace (about a 15-minute stroll). After entering the Imperial Palace grounds, follow the signs to Kyotogyoen. Chomyoji is located within these grounds. There is no entrance fee for the park area, but check for any specific fees for accessing certain parts of the Imperial Palace.
