Getting There

Bus
From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus 100 or 206. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Higashiyama Yasui' stop. From there, walk east for approximately 10 minutes along the Higashiyama street until you reach the Ryōzen Kannon Temple at 526-2 Shimokawaracho.

Subway and Walking
Take the Kyoto Subway from Kyoto Station on the Karasuma Line towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at Shijo Station (4 stops). Transfer to the Keihan Line at Shijo Station and take the train towards Demachiyanagi. Get off at Sanjo Station (2 stops). Exit the station and walk east towards the river, then turn right and walk along the river until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Ryōzen Kannon Temple.
