To reach Ninenzaka by public transportation, start from Settsu and take the train from Settsu Station to Kyoto Station. This usually requires a transfer at Takatsuki Station, and the total journey will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once at Kyoto Station, take bus number 100 or 206, which will take you to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. From the bus stop, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Ninenzaka.
