Car
If you are driving, set your GPS to Masuyacho, 349-7, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, 605-0826. From central Kyoto, take the Keihan Highway (Route 1) towards Demachiyanagi. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the intersection with Sanjo Street, then turn left onto Sanjo Street. Follow Sanjo until you reach the intersection with Shijo Street, where you will turn right. Continue on Shijo until you reach the area of Higashiyama. Look for parking nearby as street parking may be limited. The Tea Ceremony Nagomi is located on the second floor of the building. Be sure to check for any parking fees, which can range from 200 to 500 JPY per hour.

Public Transportation - Train and Walking
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line to Tofukuji Station (about 5 minutes). Transfer to the Keihan Main Line and ride towards Demachiyanagi. Get off at Sanjo Station (about 10 minutes). From Sanjo Station, exit onto Sanjo Street and walk east towards the intersection with Shijo Street. Cross the intersection and continue straight on Masuyacho. Look for the building at Masuyacho, 349-7. The Tea Ceremony Nagomi is on the second floor. The train fare will be approximately 240 JPY one way.

From Kyoto Station, take Bus No. 100 or 206 towards Shijo Kawaramachi. Get off at the 'Higashiyama Sanjo' stop. From there, walk east on Sanjo Street until you reach the intersection with Shijo Street. Cross the intersection and continue straight on Masuyacho. Tea Ceremony Nagomi will be located at Masuyacho, 349-7 on the second floor. The bus fare is typically around 230 JPY one way.
