Continue on Route 57 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Ichinomiyamachi Miyaji. The gorge is located near the town of Aso, and you will find parking available at the site. Please be aware that there may be parking fees, so have some cash handy.

    For those using public transportation, take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kumamoto Station. From Kumamoto Station, transfer to the JR Hohi Line and travel to Aso Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Aso Station, you can take a local bus towards Ichinomiyamachi. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to Sensuikyo Gorge.
