    If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Settsu. Head towards Route 171 and follow it north towards Kyoto. After about 15 km, take the exit toward Kyoto City Center. Merge onto Route 1 and continue driving until you reach the intersection with Route 367. Turn left onto Route 367, and follow the signs to Daitoku-ji Temple. There is parking available near the temple, but be aware that it may incur a small fee (approximately 500 yen).

    For those using public transportation, begin at Settsu Station. Take the JR Train on the Hanwa Line heading towards Tennoji. At Tennoji Station, transfer to the Tanimachi Line (subway) and travel to Kitahama Station. From Kitahama, transfer to the Keihan Main Line and ride to Sanjo Station. Finally, take bus number 204 or 205 from Sanjo Station to the Daitoku-ji Temple stop. The entire journey takes approximately 1 hour and costs around 600 yen for the train and bus fare.
