    If you are driving, start from central Settsu and head towards the nearest expressway entrance. Take the Meishin Expressway and continue for approximately 30 minutes. Exit at Otsu IC and follow the signs for Otsu City. After exiting, turn left onto Route 1, and then turn right onto Route 161. Continue on Route 161 for about 10 minutes until you reach the address: 5 Chome-13-1 Sakamoto, Otsu, Shiga 520-0113. There is onsite parking available at the temple.

    For those using public transportation, take the JR Tōkaidō Main Line from Settsu to Otsu Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Otsu Station, exit the station and find the bus stop for the Keihan Bus. Take the bus towards Sakamoto (the bus ride is approximately 15 minutes). Get off at the Sakamoto stop. From the bus stop, it's a short 10-minute walk to Saikyo-ji Temple, located at 5 Chome-13-1 Sakamoto.
