    From Shinano, take Route 18 heading towards Nagano City. Continue for approximately 15 km until you reach the Togakushi area. Watch for signs directing you to Kagami Ike Pond. The parking area is located near the pond, and parking is generally free.

    From Shinano Station, take the Nagano Dentetsu Line to Nagano Station. At Nagano Station, transfer to the bus bound for Togakushi. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes.
