From Shinano, take Route 18 heading towards Nagano City. Continue for approximately 15 km until you reach the Togakushi area. Watch for signs directing you to Kagami Ike Pond. The parking area is located near the pond, and parking is generally free.

Public Transportation
From Shinano Station, take the Nagano Dentetsu Line to Nagano Station. At Nagano Station, transfer to the bus bound for Togakushi. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the Kagami Ike bus stop, which is very close to the pond. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited during certain hours.

If you arrive at the Kagami Ike bus stop, it is a short walk of approximately 10 minutes to reach the pond. Follow the path that leads from the bus stop towards the scenic area, and you will soon see the beautiful Kagami Ike Pond.
