Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers, and you will arrive at the Togakushi Shrine Kuzuryusha, located at 3690 Togakushi, Nagano, 381-4101. Parking is available near the shrine, but may incur a small fee.

    From Shinano Station, take a train on the JR Nagano Line to Nagano Station. This part of the trip will take approximately 30 minutes. At Nagano Station, transfer to the Nagano Dentetsu Bus service that goes directly to Togakushi. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes, and the fare is around 1,200 yen one way.
