From Shinano, take Route 18 towards Nagano City. Drive approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the Togakushi area. Look for the signs indicating Togakushi Shrine; you will turn onto Route 406. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers, and you will arrive at the Togakushi Shrine Kuzuryusha, located at 3690 Togakushi, Nagano, 381-4101. Parking is available near the shrine, but may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
From Shinano Station, take a train on the JR Nagano Line to Nagano Station. This part of the trip will take approximately 30 minutes. At Nagano Station, transfer to the Nagano Dentetsu Bus service that goes directly to Togakushi. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes, and the fare is around 1,200 yen one way. Get off at the Togakushi Shrine Kuzuryusha stop, which is just a short walk from the shrine.
