    If you are traveling by car from central Shinano, head east on Route 18. As you approach Nagano City, take the exit for Route 406 towards Togakushi. Follow Route 406 for approximately 22 kilometers. You will see signs for Togakushi Ninja Museum. Turn left onto Togakushi Road, and continue for about 2 kilometers. The museum will be on your right. There is parking available on-site, but it's advisable to arrive early, especially during weekends and holidays.

    For public transportation, start at Nagano Station. Take the JR Nagano Line to Nagano Station, then transfer to the Alpico Kotsu bus service. Board the bus bound for Togakushi (Togakushi Kōgen). The journey takes about 50 minutes. alight at the Togakushi Ninja Museum bus stop. From there, it is a short walk to the museum entrance. The bus fare is approximately 1,000 yen one way, so be sure to have cash ready, as some buses may not accept credit cards.

    Alternatively, if you're near Shinano to the Togakushi Ninja Museum, you can take a train from Hoshikubo Station (on the Iiyama Line) to Nagano Station.
