Car
From the center of Shinano, head north on Route 18 towards Nagano City. After approximately 20 minutes, take the exit for Togakushi. Follow the signs for Togakushi and continue for about 15 minutes until you reach the Togakushi Folk Museum / Ninja House, located at 3688-12 Togakushi, Nagano. There is parking available on-site, and parking fees are generally free.

Public Transportation
Start by taking a train from Shinano Station to Nagano Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Nagano Station, transfer to the Nagano Dentetsu bus service towards Togakushi. Buses run approximately once every hour. The bus ride will take around 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Togakushi' stop, and from there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the Togakushi Folk Museum / Ninja House. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may vary throughout the day.
