Board the bus route 40 towards 'Charleston' and remain on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Johns Island' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk: head south on Main Road, then turn left onto Angel Oak Road. The Angel Oak Tree will be on your right.
