If you're in Cape May, start at the Cape May Lighthouse located at 215 Lighthouse Ave, Cape May, NJ 08204. Head west towards Sunset Blvd for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Ocean Ave. Turn left onto Ocean Ave and continue walking north. After about 1 mile, you will reach the beach area. From there, you can follow the coastline heading north for approximately 2 miles until you arrive at the Bethany Beach Boardwalk.

Rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Cape May. Start at the Cape May Promenade, located along Beach Ave. Ride north along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Ocean Ave. Continue on Ocean Ave heading north for about 2 miles. Once you reach the beach area, follow the beachfront path to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk.
