To reach the Paisaje Arqueológico de Waqrapukara by car from Cusco, start by heading southeast on Av. de la Cultura towards Av. Huayruropata. Continue straight for about 4 km until you reach the intersection with Av. Los Incas. Take a left turn onto Av. Los Incas and continue for about 1.5 km. Then, merge onto the highway 3S towards Puno. Stay on this road for approximately 60 km. Take the exit towards the town of Combapata. From Combapata, follow the signs to Waqrapukara, which is about 35 km away. The road may be unpaved; ensure your vehicle is suitable for such conditions. Look for the signs indicating the archaeological site as you approach.
