Once you arrive at Waterloo, follow the signs to the Underground and take the Jubilee Line towards Stanmore. At Westminster Station, change to the District Line towards Richmond and alight at Pimlico Station. From Pimlico Station, exit onto Bessborough Street and walk north for about 5 minutes. Turn right onto Denbigh Street, and you will find the Thomas Cubitt statue at 75 Denbigh St.
