Walking
From the Big Sur River Inn, head south along the east side of the Cabrillo Highway (CA-1) on the pedestrian path. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Keep an eye out for the Big Creek Cove Vista Point sign, which will be on your left. The vista point is located right along the highway, and you can easily access it from the pedestrian walkway.

If you have a bicycle, you can ride along the Cabrillo Highway (CA-1). Start your journey from the Big Sur Campground and Cabins, located about 2 miles north of the Big Creek Cove Vista Point. Bike south on the highway for about 2 miles. The vista point will be on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and be cautious of traffic.

Hiking
For a more adventurous route, you can hike from Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. Start at the park's entrance and take the Ewoldsen Trail, which offers stunning coastal views. After about 3 miles, descend towards the highway. Once you reach the Cabrillo Highway, walk north for about 0.5 miles to reach Big Creek Cove Vista Point, located along the highway.
