Walking
From the center of Newton, head east on Main Street towards Washington Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 27. Cross Route 27 and continue straight onto Walnut Street. Follow Walnut Street for another 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Commonwealth Avenue. Turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue and walk about 0.4 miles until you reach the Newton City Hall. From City Hall, head southeast on Commonwealth Avenue for approximately 0.6 miles until you reach 66 Long Wharf. You will see the Custom House Block on your right.
Public Transport
From the center of Newton, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the Bus #7 towards Boston. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Government Center' stop. From there, transfer to the subway by taking the Green Line towards Lechmere. Ride for a few stops and get off at 'Haymarket' station. Exit the station and walk along Blackstone Street, which will lead you to the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront walk until you reach 66 Long Wharf, where the Custom House Block is located.
