If you are driving, start at the center of Echigo. Navigate to Route 253 and head north toward Tokamachi. Continue on Route 253 for approximately 30 km until you see signs for Tokamachi. Take the exit onto Route 17 towards Tokamachi and follow it for about 10 km. When you reach Tokamachi, look for signs indicating Ueno. Turn onto Ueno Road, and after about 3 km, you will arrive at House of Light, located at 2891 Ueno, Tokamachi, Niigata 948-0122. Parking is available at the site.
