Once you reach the Kiyomizu-dera parking area, you will find that Sannenzaka is within walking distance. Parking fees range from 600 to 1000 yen depending on the duration of your stay.

From Kyoto Station, take Kyoto City Bus 100 or 206. Both buses stop at Kiyomizu-michi bus stop. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes and costs around 230 yen. After getting off at Kiyomizu-michi, walk approximately 10 minutes downhill to reach Sannenzaka.

Take the JR Nara Line from Kyoto Station to Tofukuji Station. Transfer to the Keihan Main Line and ride to Kiyomizu-Gojo Station. From Kiyomizu-Gojo Station, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Sannenzaka. Follow the signs toward Kiyomizu Temple, and you will reach Sannenzaka along the way.
