Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Nara Park, head towards the Todai-ji Daibutsuden (Great Buddha Hall), which is a prominent landmark. From the Great Buddha Hall, walk towards the Nandaimon Gate, and then continue straight along the path until you reach the Hokkedo, also known as Sangatsudo (March Hall). It should take about 15 minutes on foot.

Public Transportation
If you are near Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kintetsu Nara Station. From the station, exit and walk towards the park entrance.
