At the Nara Station bus terminal, board the Nara Kotsu Bus (No. 70 or 72) heading towards 'Todai-ji Daibutsuden'. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Daibutsuden' bus stop, which is just a short walk from the Great Buddha Hall.

From the 'Daibutsuden' bus stop, walk towards the large gate (Nandaimon) and enter Nara Park. You will see the Great Buddha Hall (Todai-ji) directly ahead. Follow the path through the park, and it will lead you straight to the entrance of the hall.
