Walking
If you are near Nara Park, head towards the Nara National Museum. From the museum, walk north towards Todai-ji Temple. You will pass through a beautiful area with deer. Continue walking straight until you reach the main entrance of Todai-ji Temple. Once you are in the temple complex, follow the signs to Nigatsu-do, which is located on the hillside to the east of the main hall.

From Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus (Line 2) heading towards 'Todai-ji Daibutsuden'. Get off at the 'Todai-ji Daibutsuden' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the main entrance of Todai-ji Temple. You will see signs directing you to Nigatsu-do, which is a short uphill walk from the main temple area.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from Nara Park and cycle towards Todai-ji Temple. The path is well-marked and will take you through scenic areas. Once you arrive at Todai-ji Temple, park your bicycle at the designated area and walk towards Nigatsu-do, which is located to the east of the main hall.
