If you are starting from Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line subway heading towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at the 'Marutamachi' station, which is about 10 minutes away. From there, transfer to bus number 32 or 100, and get off at the 'Kyoto International Exhibition Hall' stop. The exhibition hall will be a short walk from the bus stop.
