Car
If you are driving from central Shinano, head southeast on Route 403 towards Obuse. After approximately 15 minutes (around 10km), you will reach Obuse. Upon entering Obuse, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 18. Turn left onto Route 18 and continue for about 1.5km. The Kozan Takai Memorial Museum will be on your right at 805 Obuse. There is parking available near the museum, which is free of charge.

To reach the Kozan Takai Memorial Museum using public transport, first take the Nagano Electric Railway from Shinano Station to Obuse Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around 500 JPY. Once you arrive at Obuse Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located outside the station.
