    If you are driving from central Shinano, head southeast on Route 403 towards Obuse. After approximately 15 minutes (around 10km), you will reach Obuse. Upon entering Obuse, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 18. Turn left onto Route 18 and continue for about 1.5km. The Kozan Takai Memorial Museum will be on your right at 805 Obuse. There is parking available near the museum, which is free of charge.
