Public Transport
From Nagano Station, take the Alpico Kotsu bus to Togakushi. The journey takes approximately 45-70 minutes depending on the destination within Togakushi. The fare is around ¥1,350. For the northern region of the park, take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Joetsu-Myoko Station. From there, Keinan Bus operates buses to the Myoko Kogen area, with limited service. A 2-day bus pass for the Myoko Kogen area costs ¥1,000 for adults.

From Nagano, drive to Myoko-Togakushi Renzan National Park. The drive takes approximately 1 hour and 1 minute, covering a distance of 43.1 km. Parking is available at various locations throughout the park, including near the Togakushi Shrine. Parking costs vary depending on the location.
