From the center of Rabat, head to the main bus station, Gare Routière de Rabat. Take bus number 4 towards 'Hay Riad'. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Mausoleum of Mohammed V' stop. From there, you can walk towards the waterfront, following signs towards the marina. The Blue Grotto is around a 20-minute walk along the coastal path.
