Walking
From Windsor Castle, head east along the High Street towards the junction with Sheet Street. Continue straight onto the A332 and then take a left onto the A30 (St. Leonard's Road). Follow the A30 until you reach the Windsor & Eton Central train station. Take a train to London Waterloo, which is about a 30-minute journey. Once you arrive at Waterloo, follow the signs to the London Underground and take the Jubilee Line towards Stanmore. Change at Green Park for the Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters. Get off at Green Park and switch to the Victoria Line. Take the train towards Walthamstow Central and get off at Victoria Station. From Victoria Station, it's a short walk to St. James's Place. Spencer House is located at 27 St James's Place, SW1A 1NR.

Start by walking to Windsor & Eton Central railway station from your location in Windsor. Once there, board a train to London Waterloo. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
