Walking
From Windsor town center, head towards Windsor & Eton Central Station. You can find the station by walking along Windsor's main street, Peascod Street, which leads directly to the station. Once you reach the station, take the train to London Waterloo. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at London Waterloo, follow the signs to exit the station. Once outside, walk towards the Jubilee Bridge, which will take you over the River Thames. After crossing the bridge, turn left and follow the path until you reach the main road, York Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Westminster Bridge Road. From here, turn right and walk towards the Embankment. Once at the Embankment, head east until you reach Blackfriars Bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, walk straight ahead to reach Queen Victoria Street. The College of Arms will be on your right at 130 Queen Victoria St.

From Windsor town center, head to Windsor & Eton Central Station and take the train to London Waterloo. After arriving at Waterloo, transfer to the London Underground. Take the Jubilee Line towards Stratford and get off at London Bridge. From there, switch to the Northern Line towards Morden and get off at Bank Station. Exit the station and walk towards the direction of Queen Victoria Street. You will find the College of Arms at 130 Queen Victoria Street on your left.
