Walking
From downtown Kanab, head south on US-89A towards Fredonia. After about 0.9 miles, turn right onto Kanab Creek Drive. Follow Kanab Creek Drive for 1.9 miles, then turn right onto Stansfield Drive. Continue for 0.2 miles to the Bunting Trail trailhead, with the parking area on the right. The walk from downtown Kanab is approximately 3 miles and will take over an hour.
Driving
From the intersection of Highway 89 and Highway 89A in Kanab, travel south on Highway 89A for 0.9 miles to Kanab Creek Drive. Turn right onto Kanab Creek Drive and follow it for 1.9 miles to Stansfield Drive. Turn right onto Stansfield Drive, and continue 0.2 miles to the trailhead, which will be on the right. There is no fee to park at the trailhead. Be aware that the parking lot is prone to flooding during heavy rain.
