Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the address Q6V8+QJQ, Ara Tapu, Avarua. The Waffle Shack will be on your left side.

The Waffle Shack is accessible via Rarotonga's public bus service, which operates on a clockwise and anti-clockwise route around the island.
