From the center of Kyoto, head south on Karasuma Street until you reach Shijo Avenue. Turn left onto Shijo Avenue and continue east. After passing through the intersection with the Kamo River, look for Sendocho Street on your right. Turn onto Sendocho Street and continue straight until you reach number 233, where you will find TAKASEGAWA. There is parking available nearby but be sure to check local regulations.

Start by taking the Kyoto City Bus from Kyoto Station. Board the bus heading towards 'Shijo-Kawaramachi'. Once you arrive at the Shijo-Kawaramachi stop, exit the bus and walk south on Kawaramachi Street. Turn left onto Shijo Avenue, then take the first right onto Sendocho Street. Keep walking straight until you reach number 233, where TAKASEGAWA is located. The total journey should take about 30-40 minutes depending on bus schedules.

If you are already in the vicinity of the downtown area, you can walk to TAKASEGAWA. Start from Shijo Street and head south towards the Kamo River. This scenic walk will take approximately 20 minutes.
