Getting There

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Biwako Line (also known as the JR Kosei Line) towards Otsu. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Otsu Station. Once you arrive at Otsu Station, exit the station and walk towards the main street (Otsu Station North Exit).

    After exiting Otsu Station, turn left and walk along the road for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and restaurants. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with a traffic light. Turn right at this intersection onto Kyomachi Street.
