Train
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Biwako Line (also known as the JR Kosei Line) towards Otsu. The train ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Otsu Station, exit the station and head towards the East Exit. From the East Exit, you will see signs directing you to the Otsu City Science Museum.
