Walking
If you are in the central area of Nara, start by heading towards the Nara Park. From there, make your way to the Nara Station. At Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. The train ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the Karasuma Subway Line. Take the subway to Karasuma Oike Station. At Karasuma Oike Station, transfer to the Tozai Line and travel to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station. From there, exit the station and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will find the Kyoto International Manga Museum at 452 Kinbukicho, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto.

Begin your journey at Nara Park, which is a central landmark. From Nara Park, walk to Nara Station. At Nara Station, board the Kintetsu Nara Line train towards Kyoto. After approximately 45 minutes, you will arrive at Kyoto Station. From Kyoto Station, take the subway by following the signs to the Karasuma Subway Line. Get on the subway train to Karasuma Oike Station, and transfer to the Tozai Line to head towards Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station. After disembarking at Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station, exit the station and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Kyoto International Manga Museum, located at 452 Kinbukicho, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto.
