The train ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the Karasuma Subway Line. Take the subway to Karasuma Oike Station. At Karasuma Oike Station, transfer to the Tozai Line and travel to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station. From there, exit the station and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will find the Kyoto International Manga Museum at 452 Kinbukicho, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto.
