From Osaka Station, take the JR Kyoto Line towards Kyoto Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Sagano Line (also known as the JR Sanin Line) towards Saga-Arashiyama. Get off at Saga-Arashiyama Station, which is about a 15-minute train ride. After exiting the station, head towards the north exit and follow the signs to Arashiyama. You will walk approximately 15-20 minutes through the picturesque streets of Arashiyama until you reach Togetsukyō Bridge.

From Osaka, take the Hankyu Bus from Osaka Umeda Station (Hankyu) to Arashiyama. This bus ride takes around 1 hour.
