    From the center of New Town, head towards George Street. Walk along George Street until you reach the junction with Frederick Street. Turn left onto Frederick Street and continue walking straight until you reach the top of the hill. At the top, turn right onto the Royal Mile, which is a busy thoroughfare lined with shops and attractions. Continue along the Royal Mile until you see the entrance to Camera Obscura & World of Illusions on your right at 549 Castlehill. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

    Catch the Lothian Bus number 23 or 27 from any bus stop in New Town heading towards the Royal Mile. You can board the bus at stops along George Street or Frederick Street. From there, walk along the Royal Mile heading west for about 5 minutes until you reach Camera Obscura & World of Illusions at 549 Castlehill.
