    If you are near any Underground station, take the Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters. If you are coming from central London, you can board the train at stations like Leicester Square or Covent Garden. Disembark at Piccadilly Circus station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for Piccadilly. As you emerge, you will find yourself at Piccadilly Circus. Walk east along Piccadilly for approximately 5 minutes, and you will reach Fortnum's Fountain located at 181 Piccadilly.
