Walking
If you are in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, start by heading towards the Pile Gate. From Pile Gate, walk straight along the main road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the beach. Continue straight, following the signs for 'Banje Beach'. Once you reach Banje Beach, keep walking along the coastline towards the east. You will find the Lower Forehead beach area after approximately 15-20 minutes of walking along the scenic path by the sea. Look for the signs indicating the beach area.
Public Transport (Bus)
Locate the local bus stop in the Old Town. Take bus number 1A or 1B from the Old Town to the 'Lapad' area. When you get off the bus at 'Lapad', follow the signs towards the 'Copacabana Beach'. From Copacabana Beach, walk along the coast towards the east. After about 10-15 minutes, you will arrive at the Lower Forehead beach area. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return times.
Taxi
You can find a taxi stand near Pile Gate in the Old Town. Take a taxi and tell the driver you want to go to Lower Forehead beach. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. The driver will drop you off at the beach entrance. Ensure to confirm the fare before starting the ride, as taxis in Dubrovnik may not have meters.
