From Termini, transfer to Line B and take the train towards Laurentina. Get off at the Colosseo station, which is the closest stop to the Domus Aurea. After exiting the station, follow the signs towards Via della Domus Aurea. The entrance to the Domus Aurea will be a short walk from there.
