Walk straight through the square towards the main entrance. Once you exit the square, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and continue walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river at the nearest bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing the bridge, continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head northeast on Corso del Rinascimento until you reach Via Vittorio Veneto. Turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto, and you will find the Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini at number 27 on your right.
